Dm800se problem

Hope somebody can shed some light on this, while watching my box the other night the picture just went off, I restarted the box and all my channels were blacked out. I went to tuner configuration and selected simple as I only have it connected to a fixed dish at 28east, I had a message nothing connected, I figured my tuner was broken so I bought another from eBay but still get the same 'nothing connected' message even with the new tuner.

anybody have an idea what the problem could be? I did notice the new tuner was different in that it has a loop through where my original tuner didn't.

Make sure it's configured OK in tuner config, might be good idea to take it to a mates to establish if it's your dish or lnb that's the issue, btw you posted in cable, should get it moved to sat
