Reliable Null modem cable and USE adaptor

Understand from the forum there are alot of pple problem with the connection using null modem cable and USb adaptor. ... Where can i get reliable null modem cable and usb adaptor? Simlim? which shop? Brand of the cable and usb adaptor??

Actually the safest bet is still get a desktop computer with coms port. But its rare to have motherboard with coms port nowadays unless your computer is really old like mine.
Many people bought the usb adapter and the null modem cable. 50% of the members who bought say it works. The rest said its not working at all.
I am guilty of asking the people here buy the Aten usb adapter thinking its the best and failed safe adapter. But I was wronged. I bought one and it failed on me. Lucky my desktop computer has a coms port. So it save my day.

I remember one of the forum member bought a pci coms port to fix onto the mother board which cost around $5. And also a null modem cable ($8-10) from the same shop.
Its located at level 6 i think, just in front of the lift. Make sure you snap a pic of your motherboard and then go look for the item. Motherboard has limited slots, so its play safe you have available slot to fit in.
