My Dm500-C was not responding, stays at the pli green screen... even I reflash and reflash from "PLI Jade 3 Image for 500C" ... any advise???

yr remote receiver plate shorted.
open the box take out the front panel,use the soldering iron or nz cutter go in between the capacitor leg to remove the excess.
i had use this method, many time it work.
