DM500C not displaying image

My Dm500C when turned on, only has green light. no image on tv, does not respond to remote and when I try to flash, it did not respond to dreamup. guess something has burnt. only bro can shed any light on this? thanks

Flash chip down... Replace flash chip will revive the box.

When there is no software in the the box, the remote will not work at all. Cheers.

remote receiver plate short.
open the box take out front panel, use soldering iron or nz cutter go in between the capacitor leg to clean the excess.
i had been doing many time,mot of time it work.
