Dreambox 500c first time

Hi

First time with a dreambox so bit of a novice.

I've just got my dreambox 500c and connected to my cable.

Found all the channels but don't get any picture

Any ideas.

Have you copied any files to the box using FTP?

what image is on m8 as you'll need to ftp keys and rom fix over

hi the logo is digital.kaos.co.uk and no haven't done any ftp. got the box from dvbmonkey

when it scans for the channels it has the logo of planet earth

As it is - you will only get FTA channels. Follow the guide at this link http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...dreambox-1307/, and you should get all the channels.
