I have the following Set top box


Make: FYHD
Model: HD800-C
SW Version: 2011.03.07.V01
HW Version: 7C28.NXP1611.1
Date: 2010.V01


It does not have all new channels.

I thought I will manually tune. I downloaded the channel list file

SGSH Channel List 29072013.rar

Now manually tune.

I follow the following steps
1. Press Menu button
2. Move cursor to Channel Search
3. Move cursor to Manual Search then OK

I have the following fields I need to enter
Frequency(Mhz):
Symbol:
QAM
SearchMode


Suppose I want to add the following channel
Channel number 131, Frequency 466, Name: Sony Max.

Please help with the following

What should I enter?
Can I manually update the new channels in my Set?

Not sure you can use the channel list, I think that is for the dream box. For the FYHD, you will need to flash the firmware, go through the FYHD thread
