    MVHD HD800C-VI unable to scan any channels

    Hi, My MVHD is unable to scan any channels when I used auto scan.
    I plugged the cable to the "Cable TV Ready System" point at my wall socket.

    The scanning results all stated failed.

    Information of my box.

    Brand: XXXX
    CID : 21009
    App Ver: v2.5.0
    Loader Version: 1.1
    Released Date: 28-03-2013

    I have also tried upgrading the firmware at ******** but the result is the same.
    The released date is still 28-03-2013.

    Can anybody help? Thanks a lot.

      It turned out to be that my cable point has not been activated.
      The MVHD is able to work at another house.

      Any idea how to get the cable point activated so that I can receive SH signal? Thanks.

          You need to subscribe to SH.

                  Yeah, in newer flat.

                  So the only way is to subscribe to SH? Able to just change the input source from Master antenna to SH point at the TV box outside the house?
                  Doesn't seem to work when I tried just now. Or maybe I did it wrongly.

                  I am able to receive Indo and TV2 so I am on Master antenna right?

                      you are in high rise antenna. i call it analogue signal and sh signal call digital signal.
                      go out yr house find yr address the cable and switch to sh port

                          I am unable to receive 743.25MHz
                          Have tried opened the riser and the scv box outside my house and saw 4 splitters. I think 2 splitters (Think 1 input 3 outputs) are mine and 2 are for my neighbour.
                          I checked that the input of my 2 splitters are connected to a panel. Is that supposed to be SH panel? I also saw two cables (Labeled my unit) hanging inside the box.

                          For my neighbour one, it seems that the two hanging cables are connected to the input of the splitter.
                          I tried connecting the 2 hanging cables to the splitters but that doesn't help. I am unable to get any signal at all.

                          How do I check if I am connected to the SH port or Master Antenna?
