Newbies from SG - Read here first

I am creating this thread for all newbies to know the basics first before the start posting on the forum.
I notice some newbies are all over the place and some have no clue what they are doing and what to expect.
Its ok, we all are once newbie and we learn along the way.

I am updating the O!newbie Guide. The latest improvised version is nothing new from the previous. I just rename it to inewbie and some minor changes.

Stay tune. I will upload it tomorrow after I am sure we are safe by tonight Hahaha

So I think this version will not be spared haha.

Anyway, its a good info. Nothing special, anybody can do it. But you make an effort.

Hi All,

I am newbie here. Would like to know can I do something to my DM 500C in order to watch HD channel? Learn that only HD channel can watch EPL.
Next, if I want to add channels, is it that I just need to find the latest image and perform a flash again? Do i need to select flash erase?
