How to backup FYHD-800C and TNHD-888

Hi Bros, can anyone advise me How to backup FYHD-800C and TNHD-888. I have these two at home and want to flash the firmware and scan for BPL. but before that i wanna backup the firmware. anyone can teach me? Thanks in advance

Beware... This box will brick once you flash with wrong firmware. No way to unbrick unless you know jtag.
