DM800 FYHD (Not Booting,Only Green LED)

I need help on this problem. My box unable to boot up after switching on the power. Only the GREEN Led is lighted up . Screen is blank. Anyone out there encounter this problem and have a solution for it?Any hardware components need to replaced?Please advise
