DM800HD not getting picture

Thought my DM800HD dead sometime ago as there was no power.
so left it in garage, yesterday, thought of trying with another power supply, and it was powering up.
so the problem was power supply. Now I don't see my network channles, I can see my free channels fine.
network channels I see blank screen with subtitles and no audio.
This is was working with all channels before. can somebody help me what could be the problem?

was it working before you stored it away in the garage?
Did you do any updating of the bouquet safter you powered it up using the new power supply?

what is scce? It was working perfect before it went off. I have manually scanned all the channels, no use,
Re -edited my cccfg file but no use.
thought may be box is not connecting to internet, checked all the network stats, they were going thru fine.
But tried mytube, if i click on any clips , it fails with green screen

I was having blackhole image before now after reflash this is enigma image.
But i don't see any channels now.
It says
"service unavilable check tuner configuration"
how to tune my channels with this new image now.
when i saw provider , it shows BPL,DEMANDTV, STARTHUB
none of these were in my list previously, it used to be bSkyb
how do i tune to that provider now?

Did you read the sticky that I mentioned?

yes, but I haven't backed up..
is there a way I can configure my tuner, as I went into settings
setup--service searching-- tuner configuration shows tuner A: Alps BSBE2 (not configured),, when i click on this i get another screen with " configuration mode == nothing connected"
this is enigma v3.0 image
please help me
