500c missing channels

Hi can anyone help me , 2 weeks ego a friend give to me a dm500c who was working perfectly . but there were many missing channells .so i flash box with a new image file to have more channels,but all gone .Is it anything i should do next. thanks for helping

you probaly will need to do a scan for channels
goto menu>setup>service searching>automatic scan let us no what options it giving you
what image you using m8
