Accidental Auto-Scanned for New Channels

Hi, I'm new and I am from Singapore. I wanted to update my channels because my friends told me there are new channels like Starsports, etc. I am currently using a 800HD
So I decided to explore myself and I clicked on auto-scan. I thought it would work at first but now some of my channels are missing, like HBO HD, HD5, etc.
There are still channels working but I'm wondering how should I go about getting the missing channels back and possibly the new channels.
I've been reading up the forum but I still do not get some terms. I know 'Image' is like the firmware of the box. But what I want to know is about 'Bouquet' thing.
I've downloaded the DreamboxEDIT, and the latest bouquet but I think I'm missing the 'picon'? Not sure what this is but I guess, the logo of the channel?

I hope some of the more experienced seniors can help me with my problem. Hope to see a reply soon. Thanks

Then you need to refer to page 15 of the inewbie ver 1 guide. it means that u need to learn dreamboxedit and follow the instructions carefully to push the bouquet you download back into the dm800 box

refer to the 1st few posts SGSH Bouquet 500C/800HD/800SE

that one can come later once you sort out your channels

Okay, I am saved. I looked under my plugins and found out that I actually have SGSH channel update plugin by BlackGoD. Everything is back to it's original plus the new Channels Just a minor issue: HD5 is 154 instead of 155. Thanks everyone for their help

hmmm 154 instead 155 got it fixed sometime back
i was thinking would it be older plugin version which got two server backup
if so i think i miss out 1 of the older server which now removed aswell
