p.s that spoonfed guide is very easy to follow 3 cheers all round...

having trouble...again....with flashfxp. i can connect flashfxp to box no probs but cant transfer files over.file transfer error message appears.
firewall is off.changed to 10mbs 1/2 duplex mode.dhcp is off.strange thing is..i transferred files over last night but it aint letting me do it today with the same settings.grrrr.any help would be appreciated

Have you tried to change active/passive Mode? I encountered Problems when it is enabled sometimes.

img may have gone read-only, may have to reflash img and start again

As above m8.Happened to me a few times

cant reflash image as flashfxp wouldn't transfer .img file.same error as above.
cant use null modem cable as i've only got a crossover cable here
i cant ftp using coreftp or cuteftp either which suggests it might be a box setting or a computer setting
