    Help needed, experiencing poor picture quality

    I've manged to get my singal between 95-96%, thats the best i can get, my AGC is 45% and my BER is 0. I'm still not getting a clear picture. could it be my image which is digital worldz V.2.0 31.10.2007 or is it my dreambox tunner

    Those figures sound perfect mate. You could try reflashing. Your tuner is fine if you get these readings on all or most channels. The figures will change slightly from channel to channel.
