Dreambox 500c can't get all the channels

Hello,
new to dream box 500c
Cannot get all channels
I Have rescanned but can only get some channels - but none of the free channels

have also connect signal booster, but no joy

Can some one let me know where i should correctly connect signal booster?

Also how to get all channels

also some of the channels I get freeze or stop working - i then have to rescan but problem still there

have u the box plugged in at the first cable feed in the house the one nearest the tv the and out side wall

the box plugged in on cable connection in house from feed into box from outside

also if i wanted to slit connection to another box what type of splitter (freq range) would i need

Sorted channel prob, however cant get ITV4 or any of regional itv channels (just showing blank scren)

Have tried reload channels and rebooting - but no joy

Go to your bouquets and than press the RED button to bring up 'All Sedrvices' and check if there is more than one instance of the channel and iof there is try it and see if you get a picture.
