Please help me set up my new DM600-PVR-C

Hi,

Sorry to ask a stupid question, but how do i put PLi Jade2 Enigma1 for DM600-PVR (20.90 MB) on to the box. Do i flashFXP or dreamUp the file? If so is the a step by step guide to do this please.

You can use telnet to flash an image once you are more confident with your box but until than follow the guide below. The dm500 file.img and the dm600 files are .nfi

Thanks for the help, i've put the image on. do i need to install scce and the keys like you do for the DM500 and if so are they the same once?

Everything else is the same as a dm500.

Ive put the new keys in and the scce file in, but i only get two options to scan either All (SR6900) or All (SR6875).

PLEASE HELP

in the download section look for a cables xml file ftp this to /var/etc then reboot your box then it should give you your scanning option

Erase my DM600

I erased the flash image on the DM600 and now cannot access it on the network. Should i do it using the null cable or is there any other alternatives

If you know the current ip address of your dm600 then you could use the telnet to flash your box. If you do not know the ip address than you will need to use the dreamup method for flashing your box.
