Is it technically possible to recover a Dreamboox500s clone which was affected by Time bomb?

Will the Time bomb made any physical unrecoverable hardware damage to any of the chip/IC in the box?

Save my DM500-s clone

I bought a DB DM500-s and did what many did before me. I updated the software with Gemeni latest version and the DB is dead. I tried to get contact with my DB through Dreamup and tried to reflash it with the an older version but its totaly dead.
Why do i have to be punished for not knowing that there were clones of that device! Is it allowed to have that kind of software that kills other peoples devices?

Is there hope or do i have to buy a new one?

My DM500s is dead, time bomb with Gemini 4.60 XP Maxvar Non Bomb DM500 CCcam 2.1.2 Mod Borsalino. Running 5 months with this image, after searching add-ons on gemini server I received the message warning:detected clone box-adios amigo. I can't boot. Is JTAG the only way to fix this dreambox?
