DM500 please help pressed flash images

pressed flash images on my box and all i got was a black screen and the green light stays on .Have tried to flash but have got no image. Please can you tell me how to download image.THANKS

Feed your brain first and try to flash it again,youll have a better understanding of how the process goes and gain a lot more confidence to tinker about with it more.
