I don't get these channels plus others, any reason why? Is there anything i can do to get these channels?

Just for info I get SkySports/movies etc ok.

you could try a signal booster from argos or somewhere, that most likely will sort it.

I have signal booster....... these channels don't even show up in my tv list

Are you running off a splitter ?
if so try just connecting to main outlet, with no splitter. and re scan.

whats your signal strengths ?

Not sure what a splitter is (sorry for my lack of knowledge).

I have aerial that goes to signal booster then in to my dreambox.

Signal strength is around 95% on most channels.

if not where did you get image from ?
and where did you get the services file from ?

A splitter looks like this...



Disconnect all splitters and connect it to the main feed that comes into your house. Try doing a new scan and see if the channels appear. If not, try connecting the booster again and do another scan. Play about with the gain control on the booster doing a scan after each adjustment.

not sure but for what ever reason all bbc channels plus some others went, tried evrything but nothing happen, when i was about to give up all came back on!

I've always said that if something funny has happened and you haven't touched it, leave it for 24hrs to see if it rectifies itself. Most of the time its the cable company playing about. If it's not fixed after a day, then you can rip it to bits .
