DM500 Adding PCNE??

I don't seem to have this channel and wondered if there was a way to manually add this??

does anyone have any ideas whether this can be added manually.. I've read conflicting posts on here r.e. whether you can get it or not as some say it can only be added in certain regions/others say you should be able to get it (hence why I ask!) - is there any manual settings I can enter to receive this channel?? ex-tw area if that matters..

If it's available in your area then you should be able to add it manual.
You just have to find out what freq it's on.
