Need a copy of Bouquetter Program

The one in downloads has went nuts and is directing to something else
on another forum,
The only copy I could find was 1.8 and it just freezes on my pc

Just checked that link in the sticky again and its still pointing
elsewhere,

although the second download link at the bottom of the page works fine,
