Hi,

A quick question please, I currently have a Sagem DBox which has worked perfectly for a few years now. I am looking to purchase a Dreambox 500. Please can someone confirm if i need a card for the dreambox to work or does it work like the Sagem DBox where it does a service scan and picks up data??

Can anyone recommend any decent place to buy a Dreambox?

if you talking dreambox cable then no cards needed just ftp the magic files in the keys /scee folders

Nope, there is no local hack for Sly. There is of course the love that dare not speak its name (CS), but we can't talk about that here.
