Looking to get my 600c MMDS back working

hey guys, just sorted out my 3 x 500c boxes with the new hypercam fix and everything is going sweet. My dad has a dm600 running on a ch**us MM*S setup. it only went down last week. He was using the Cli image and evocamd 2.12

Can the new hypercam just be uploaded to this image to sort it or is more work required?

or is there even a fix for the 600 yet?

the 600c wont work on that system m8, i think its a 600t you need. and as far as i know there was,nt any changes on m*ds ch@r@s. give a bit more info.

I use mmds and no change as yet on my 500's...touch wood.I also have a 600 and the new hypercam fix can be done on that,pli jade is my image of choice.

when the 500c's on cable went down, the 600t on mm*s remained ok, just last week though the 600c lost all the channels

so i just wondered would the hypercam sort the problem

sorry but i dont think a 600c will work on ch@r@s m*ds. are you getting mixed up with a 600t.

thought as much. dont think anything happened on mmds. what happened that his channels stopped working? whats on the screen when its on? any message on screen?

just a black screen mate, same as when the cable changed to N2

The hypercam or mgcamd will work on the 600 have mine working

hi mate just ftp the files to var/bin and chmod to 755 then copy the cam again to the var/etc/plimgr/cams folder chmod that to 755 reboot and you should be in business

@despdan . do you not think its something else thats gone wrong? i know them cams will work but i recon something else went wrong or we would hear lotts of m*ds users on here looking for help.

hmmm, thats weird, my dad and his next door neighbour have had their boxes knock off, dad has 600T and his neighbour has 500T

maybe the just need a reflash

i will investigate and report back
