    Looks like most of them there now.
    I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer. - Douglas Adams

          Got nothing to do with hypercam

          copy mgcamd.mips to var/bin folder chmod 755.
          copy SoftCam.Key Priority.list & AutoRoll.Key into var/keys folder.

              If you use gemini
              -Install a mgcamd version of your choice
              -Install the config files for mgcamd
              -set the emu field to common interface in the blue button menu
              -rename mgcamd.mips to the exact name of your installed mgcamd file in usr/bin
              - exchange the mgcamd file in /usr/bin
              -check if the mgcamd file still has file permission 755 or 777
              -upload the 3 other files to usr/keys or var/keys
              -start mgcamd via the blue button menu

                Can anyone help me? I cannot find the option in the 7025 Pli jade image to install any cams. It is not in the software management area and there does'nt appear to be an option to do a manual install.It is a fresh install so that I need to install mgcamb and the the fix as suggested here. Thanks in advance..

                  PLi? Images website - PLi? Wiki: E2SoftCam

                  At the bottom:

                  Howto add a Soft Cam manually

                  mgcamd -> usr/bin and chmod 755
                  other 3 files -> var/keys
                  empty file with the name mgcamd -> etc/plimgr/cams

                      You could use telnet and the echo command like in the example.

                      echo > /etc/plimgr/cams/mgcamd

                        Anybody manage to get this working on the 7025? I've tried it on the latest pli, gemini and lt images with no luck.

                          I followed mgb17,s procedure for Gemini image on 7025. But it is not clearing channels. Any ideas.

                            It looks like the mgcamd mips patch is not working.
                            You could try the rqcamd mips version.
                            despdan did something with rqcamd.
