DM500c Help

Hi guys i am new in this Technology if i ask any noob question please forgive me and try to help me, After i flash my dream box 500c with sg 500c new pli jade3 maxyar new skin adrenalin4 w i only can watch normal channel, sgSH channel all in the list but being lock.
need advise from you guy

as you have the 500c which is a Cable tuner this really needs to be asked in he Cable section
