error when doing a scan

just did a full scan and got this error message (see attached)

any ideas

Reflash it. I know thats a bit of a cop out answer but seriously it could just be a bad flash or corruption or anything. Easiest thing to do is just start again.

that was to be my final approach even using FTP trying to rename delete services file fails, so suspect a corrupt image

That always happens to mine when I put picons on the box and then have to scan again... thats what Ive noticed anyway.. maybe just me or something else Im overlooking

Do you have picons on the box?
