DM500 Everything but S*y One?

Hello wonderful helpful people!

Firstly I'd like to thank everybody here for the advice and support as I am now the proud owner of a DM500c.

I have followed all the tutorials and I successfully have loads of channels coming through, including sports etc nice and clear. Actually it seems that it is only Sky 1 (which is pretty important!) that I am missing! It is very strange.

Would it be listed as something else? I get sky 2 and 3 listed correctly...

Would doing another bruteforce scan help?

Any advice greatly appreciated

It's OK, did another scan, not bruteforce but used one of the local one on the list and it found it (and more!).

I'm having exactly this issue - all channels except Sky One.

Can you extrapolate a bit on what you did to retune your box?

hi guys find out from some one freq in your area for sky one then do a man scan good luck
