I am having trouble with my DM500c (Cloned). I bought the necessary cable ( null/rs232) and prepare to flash the box. What happened, is that, dream up cannot detect my box. On the other hand, my box stuck on the white screen when i connect it to the tv. Your advice is grateful.

the set u mention cant be flash cos it is not actual dreambox set.
the set u are using is dm500c v??.(start up skin is Transformer figure).

Is there any way to upgrade the firmware so that i could scan the channel same as the (*) with the same number.

Oh bro there is no way to upgrade the firmware for this set.
