need help! my MVHD HD800C-VI cant watch any channel

Hi, can anyone know how to troubleshoot n fix this problem that I am facing?

Was watching the tv on friday night 10pm n in the midst of switching chanels, all MVHD HD800C-VI cant be watched except for those local channels (less than 10 channels). It was pitch black screen with the little satelite logo saying 'scrambled'

I tried auto search channels for a few times but the results are the same.

Pls help.

Let me share my experience with buying MVHD recently.

- b4 i buy, they claim can see every channels without any subscriptions or future subscriptions. After i got the box can watch only some channels (only 50% of what was promised was honored). I called them up to complain but they said :" Oh, very sorry friend, maybe i was not very clear to u in our last conversation" implying he did not promise me on that, or misunderstanding, ironically they said the same thing to 3 of my friends that bought from them later.

- speculations are that after 2 months(starting from the first day u hookup yr set to the net), what they claimed can watch will all be shut down and u will be ask to pay subscription.(mine still waiting to be proven, could anyone share experiences with this?)
- they are not worried abt getting a bad name cos after the MVHD runs out they can change to ABCHD ..........so on. Then they will set up a new company on alibaba, put on a super advertisement to get us hooked again.

I suggest to open a thread on product report to identify these kind of black-hearted sellers.

dont trust ah tiong n N3 set.is this rings a bell "dont trust ah tiong at this moment.they can promise you anything.as i mention before N3 has not been fully launched.since you have bought e set,just continue watch n update yourself for any good news n development.

Hahaha......... we do need kamikazis la, or we dont know which is good or bad. Those who stay long enuf with DK knew TN, FY, MV, Newstar, DM make believe clones etc r all FY boxes, so they hv more names/brands, like ti3kongjian posted.
