    DM800 No sound

    I am using DM800 HD PVR. It was not in use for about a week due to defective remote control. Today when I got a replacement was so delighted that I could navigate the channels again. However the volume was lost. DM volume cfm to be at max setting. Sound is normal when played direct from TV. What could be the problem?. Would someone be able to help me out on this.

      check the DVI cable

          Have you tried to power off and then on again? Quite common for this model to "lose its voice".

              I was worried I have to do thing like flashing etc which I still unable to understand. Fortunately your suggestion worked. Thanks for the sharing. You made my day.
