Who can see 154 8 HD?

I can only see it one day. Now cannot, scrambbled. Who else can see it use MVHD800-VI?

Or starhub send it into N3 group, because 8 HD is free why starub don't let everyone to see it?

it avlb only when hd programs r cast.
