DM600 i think i have a evocam problem with PLI 3 JADE image

HELP. i am a newbie to dreambox. I purchased a DM600 and installed pli 3 jade image which was successful. I also installed the keys files, scce files and the cables.xml file. All went well. I done the scan using 6952 and it seemed to find all the channels - hurray.
However i get all the channels displayed but there is no picture. the fta channels work fine, but no picture in any other channel. I even went to S*y S*pts 1 and held the INFO button, but nothing happened. It came up with the EPG but nothing else. What have i done wrong????

Try downloading and installing Evocam 2.13.

thanks for that, where do i download this from and any instructions to install would be great! I switched on the dreambox this morning and all the fta channels are also not working now - the EPG is for last night???? Any ideas whats up and what i am missing??

you need to have box connected to tinternet

go to main menu, then softcam download and select other softcams (will be end of list) and then download evocamd 2.13 (later version of evocamd never worked for me and 2.13 always does so I am sticking with that one)

i had a bit of a problem getting jade3 working on my dm500 - i didn't have the most recent rom7 files in the right place.

If you cant find channels using you area best to try bruteforce scan. Also make sure you are getting a good signal coming through ie remove any splitters and try direct feed. Usually evocamd needs restarting, I dunno about pli image but with dk image you access evocamd menu by pressing and holding info button, with other images it could be by pressing blue button. Hope this helps

PLi is Menu > Softcam management. you might have to download it first.

on my dm500, evocam 2.13 seems more stable.

I downloaded evocamd 2.13. I dont know whats up with the box - it is new - but now it has no channels on it. I tried a re-scan and it picks up all the transponders (301 of them) but zero services - now there are no channels on there. The cable feed is in propertly and the same feed is working great on my dbox. Has some hardware malfunctioned on the box??? How can i check the tuner is OK???
