DM500 only getting fta channels

ive got a dm500 i was getting all channels but now im only getting free channels can someone help i dont have a clue about them is there something i can do using my remote as i dont no enough about the internet 2 do it through that cheers

how long since you had the encrypted channels open? if recently has the evocam stopped working

i got 2 of them in december 1 of them went the other week but the other 1 is working fine

as long as you havent done a factory reset and deleted the magic files,try putting it on sky sports 1 hold down the info button for 3 seconds and then start evocam and wait for it to open that channel then the others shpould be open
