DM500C -SG_SH

Hi guys,

I am a newbie here.

Need you help/advice. I don't know what happen but when i turn on my DM500C its just asking me to setup, meaning its still turns on> But no channels and services etc.. and asking my to auto scan or manual scan.

I don't have any idea how to solved this issue. Please advice what do i need to do and which tools / files i need.. thanks in advance.

Initially when you had your box, does it work originally! If it does initially and after that don't work, most likely there is a corrupted in one of it's magic files. You might need to replaced it from the download section and get it up again. All the setup procedures are being published here so please read it up. Cheers

yes its working perfectly before. Thanks for the advice. Could you direct me to the right procedure? since there is a lot there.
