Dm800Hd Pvr Cloned- Hang at Start-up Logo

Hi All Master, I have a Dm800Hd Pvr cloned set, enigma2 with an Blackhole-Dream Elite image, originally since the day I bought it from China, without installing any new image. Recently when I turn-on the set, it will hang at the ?Blackhole ? Dream Elite Logo? and would not change to the channel view. But at the LCD, it show the channel that I am at previously. I will need to press the channel button on the remote to select a channel, only then it will change to the channel view. Wonder what is wrong with it?

Thanks for the quick reply! I had tried installing this image,? Openpli sg edition 10032013 that comes with Chinese font ?, using ?DreamUp Patched? but not successful, it say something like ?this image is older?. I will try to search for another one, if you know of any please recommendation me. Thanks very much!

I found an image: ?sim201-SSL76c-de-133dv3PHOENIX-dm800-20092010.nfi? and had installed it to my Dm800Hd Sim2.01 second bootloader 76c without any issue. Next, I when to install the Mgcamd by pressing the Green Button>Addon>Addons Download Manager>Dream Elite E2 Image Cams and it will says,?Wait please connection in progress?, but never successful. I check the Network Setting and also do the Setting Check, found everything is good. Wonder what is wrong? Please Help!

Dm800Hd Pvr Cloned- Hang at Start-up Logo

Howpeter - when you turn on the dm800 and there's no tv channel on screen but there is on the LCD - is this always starting on the same channel? In my experience if the frequency of that channel has changed then the boot screen remains on in the background until you change to an active channel. Maybe you have the dm800 set to start on a particular channel when you reset or power cycle? If so then you might just need an updated channel list (or scan by yourself).

Also I've been running newnigma2 for two weeks on an old clone it is very stable. Search for the latest version and make sure you get a patched version by ramimaher.

Yes, there is no tv channel on screen but there is on the Lcd. When I view live channel it will be the usual National Geographic channel, I think it?s starting on the same channel. In my case, the frequency is correct, I just need to switch to another channel and then switch back again then its fine. So Newnigma is good, I will search for one. Thanks very much for your advice!

Ok good luck with that. Do you know which sim you have in your dm800? Mine used to be an old version & I bought a 2.10 from alibaba for about ?15 delivered.

If u want yr box to boot up on a particular channel, select the channel and do a restart enigma.

U can still find many images for yr sim 2.01. For yr case, if u want to try out new images, u need to upgrade yr bootloader first before flashing the new image. Download here for the ssl sim201_ssl84b and flash via web browser method. Open up a second tab and reflash with yr preferred image and then reboot. If u want no hassle, flash with this image and ftp yr own key files. Can download here. SG-Open Pli 2.1-dm800-SSL-84b

Hi Ypvs125 & All Experts,
I am sorry to trouble you Ypvs125 again! Please advise me on the followings,

1. Am I able to install back to my previous image which is ?Dream Elite-BlackHole? with 76c bootloader ( I think)?
2. Still able to install to previous image ?Dream Elite-BlackHole? with upgraded bootloader to 84b?
3. Recently I found that the set could not go online but I got all ok when I did a network test, wonder what wrong?
4. Previously there are many plugins in Menu button>Plugins>Manage extensions, now there is nothing in this page? It seems not able to connect to the internet, wonder what?s wrong?
