bro, may i ask why when you use 346000mhz it is still able to scan the other freq to make the whole list? I understand some channels are on different freq like 156000 , 674000 etc....also what is NIT and what is QAM and Sym rate? Perhaps you can briefly explain for our knowledge and interest.

1 selection of 346 is arbitrary, any freq in the Cable spectrum will do the same job. Box detect ( tecnic term = freq comb ) all active transponder.
2 NIT = Network Informayion Table (Transponder freq table)
      3 QAM = Quadrature Amplitude Modulation. (encryption = Amppli + phase + freq + I 4got)
4 sym = symbol rate (rate of change of qam.

Pls note this is effective bcos Sg hv only 1, that Big Green, Cable Provider, other country may find this method hair-pulling experience bcos it scan all Providers with many unrelated chn stored occupying too many precious memory space.

You also can use Manual scan to search new channels, but you need to input Freq by yourself. it only take a short time.

Hi, I believe the new N3 signal has kicked in. Most of the channels are not visible. Is there any software update for Q5 PVR to view N3 signal ?

May I know where can I get either 1.25 or 1.26, which is prefered (in your opinion)? Will appreciate very much if it comes with "assistance/fix". Thank you....
