the simpsons on events box office

i installed box office the other night and every time i turned on it was working fine but now most of the time i just get a black screen. last night i turned and the movie was just starting i got about 5 mins of it and the picture froze when i rebooted my box the screen was black again ive tried to ftp the channel back in but no success anyone any ideas what could be wrong? cheers in advance

i got dw 2.0 image, dreambox 500c on VM ex TW

Its about right, from time to time you will get a black screen.

Will be on and off at times.

When a PPV event comes on , it should be ok, unless you have not got it set up right.

ok m8 thats cool just thought there was maybe somethin wrong because it was workin now its not, ive not long just put it into the box so dont know much about it so ill see if its on ok when the next ppv comes on thanks for your help guys

at the mo its blank. if it does freeze though, try restarting the cams via blue button
