DM800se c with cable tuner with sim2.10 software BL84 Gemi5.1

Have ordered a DM800se c with cable tuner from China & I've had an email from them saying they don't think the box will work in the UK, would that be right, I've done my homework on this box but now not so sure?

no, the only boxes that work or have worked in the uk are the starview and kryptview they work via c/s, ( but unreliable ) we dont discuss c/s on dk, dms finished a while ago on cable in the uk because of no "support" better off forgetting cable in the uk now.

they do work , its starting to pickup now sky HD is being knocked off ,, not many playing with the 800 but u can find them , works the same as sky c/s , and very stable too

ah i will stand corrected smir wont be easy to start with tho i bet, but should get bit easier.

well I have to say its been a while
but im glad it still here DK that is
I went to the sat world for a while and now it looks doomed so thinking of coming back onto cable so if any one can point back in the right direction for what cant be discussed I would be great full
