Trying to flash an image useing the network

Hi There

I have a DM600 PVR

I thought I would try and flash an image useing the network as this would be a lot quicker than useing dreamup so below are the instructions I got for doing this.

Telnet to the box

mount /boot -o remount,rw
rm /boot/*
reboot

once its rebooted you can flash via webif and your fav internet browser

The problem is when the box reboots I just get a black screen I cannot get on the web interface and cannot ping the box, so is there somthting Im doing wrong as the only way I can get the box back up is to reflash useing dreamup.

I use flash wizzard pro 6.3 to do all my flashing and rarely have any problems.

May be after your dm600 reboot it get the new ip, so you can not get the webif.
