when i add services to bouquet, only Providers are show and not the channels

Hi All again,
I am trying to arrange my bouquets, but when i try to add a service channel to a bouquet, it shows me a whole lot of "Providers (TV)", which do not show the channels and are codes such as 1AA. Its impossible to add channels because these codes do not mean anything to me. Does anyone know how i add channels easily, so that when i "add services to bouquet", it shows me the actual channels instead of the "Providers (TV)"

if you press ok whilst watching a channel then press red for all services all the channels should be there scroll through them. highlight the ones you want press menu and add to specific bouquet and select where you want it to go. only the ones with a proggramme in brackets are the ones you want
