I am going to purchasing a DVB800SE C receiver as you all aware of the whats happened to sly world and HD Channels.

Just wanted to know can i use the same images as my dvb800se sat receiver on a cable receiver? or do i need special patched cable firmware.

Most images will pick up the cable tuner mate.

Best option is if someone needs a box and you add a tuner as they only 14 dollars from China.
In UK they about 35 quid.
I bought a DM800HD with 8 tuners for 172 quid del with dhl from mixe.
