Hi all,
Anyone had any dealings with Dreambox500c.org.uk.
I ask because I placed an order, got a payment receipt, and then nothing.
They haven't replied to my email either, and there is no contact phone no.on the website.
Order placed 4 days ago.
Cause for concern?

Seen a few second hand ones knocking about of late less than half the price hes charging

Sounds very much like a Dropshipper to me as it states Items in 'Stock' will take around 5-7 working days. So i assume if not in stock you have to wait until they get a shipment from PRC

They are still ignoring emails.
The receipt I got was from their paypal account, which I obviously can't see.
Problem is, I had a system crash on tuesday night, so I don't have a copy of the email.

The receipt you got was from thier Paypal but what did you use to pay them, did you use your pay pal account or did you to to thier paypal account using a credit or debit card.

If you paid via your pay pal then dispute it with pay pal in the first instance.

If you paid via credit or debit card speak to your provider and dispute the transaction, they will then dispute the transaction and raise a 'charge back' request as per Visa and Master cards regulations.

I'm pretty sure these are China based, I seem to remember having dealings with them donkeys years ago. I would leave it m8 for at least 3 weeks before raising the alarm bells. It's only 4 days ago since you placed your order and once they've got your money things kinda go alot slower than they orignally told you. They take a week sometimes before the even process it !.

If you don't get anything then take Bann32's good advise and follow those steps.

Thanks guys for the advice,
I paid via credit card, I'll give the card provider a ring on monday and get the details etc..
I don't mind the wait, its just a nagging doubt when they don't answer emails.
