DM800 clone box, need help with setting up cable tunner please

Hello,

I've been using my DM800 clone for sat and I've recently bought a cable tuner but i'm having trouble setting it up, i'm unable to set up the tuner to scan channels, I've looked and realised i need a cables.xml file, i don't seem to be able to find one, i'm running the blackhole dreamelite 1.33d v3 sim 2.01 image, can anyone point me in the right direction please?

any help or suggestions appreciated.

Thanks, I've got the dreaded no ca found fault trying to flash a new image on my box last night so when I've fixed it I'll let you know how I get on, thanks for your help

I've managed to get my box up and running using the Smirnoff open pli download 800june, I've managed to scan 330 channels in but I'm a fair few missing and my autoboquet won't seem to work, any help would be appreciated

save your channels with dreamedit and install my newer image with auto bouquet lite on it , drag your channels back onto new image and use new plug in , pick your area and jobs done

Thanks for replying, this is the image i'm using at the minute - sorry but i've been using my box for sat rather than cable and just recently got a cable tuner, i've scanned in 330 channels but thats where it stops and auto bouquets doesn't seem to be working just leaves a black screen on my box doesn't matter how long i leave it as if its trying to load but nothing, I've tried scanning different ways but always finds 330 channels only each time, tried leaving net id 0000 and 6952, anything really and its the same, i used to get closer to 900 channels on old sat box.

Any help is really appreciateed

are u using auto bouquets when on a channel like bbc1 , needs a live channel

Reflashed image, got channel bouquet but not fully working, do automatic scan and still only finds 330 channels so not complete, I've not tried to run auto bouquets yet, should I?

u dont need to add netid there just do a full can and leave netid blank , if u have channels do a auto bouquet scan now
