DM500 Picons with Pulse Skin

I am using DK 1.1.

Picons work fine with the default heavy metal skin. I have installed the pulse skin by mr dude. I know this skin supports picons as I have had it working on a different image.

However, I cannot get picons to show with this skin in DK 1.1.

Any ideas would be welcome, or does anyone have this working and how?

drop your picons folder into var/etc and your away.

ta...... but they are already in there. Working fine with Heavy Metal Skin but not with Pulse.

The installation txt for this skin says:

"Installation:

Copy Files to:

/usr/share/tuxbox/enigma/

Chmod all files to 644"


But this is a read only part of the image right???

I cannot do this via FTP.

Does this skin need to be in this location for picons to work?
