    losing channels and signal weekening

hi all i have a cloned dreambox using digital worldz 2.0 image,i had to get a full working image sent to me from one of the helpful members on this forum as after trying connect dreambox to computer after 2 weeks we came to the conclusion that ethernet port was faulty on box and this was confirmed from another member who purchased the same boxes from same seller had same problem,i have started to lose quite a few channels although most of premium channels are still ok,but its still annoying that they are dropping off by the day just noticed today also the % when turning the channels which used to be 96% are now lower at 90-91% is this something to worry about?i am connecting cable without splitters ,im in scotlands capital ex tw area any help would be appreciated cheers stags

Nothing to worry about mate as long as the channels still work. Mines does this but it doesnt effect the channels i like to watch.

I would advise you to try a booster and also purchase a variable attenuator.

This way the signal can be varied.

This has worked for me in the past.

Yes mate this will do the job. I noticed with the attenuator it sorts things out as well.

Too strong a signal can be as bad as a weak one.

Causing freezing etc. All this can be sorted though.

        No problem
