DM800 Just installed c-tuner but not finding any channels

I've been using my DM800 for satellite viewing for the past couple of years and have just recently installed a c-tuner into my box for Virgin. I have uploaded cables.xml into /etc/tuxbox and did an Automatic Scan, but got Failed on all transponders when searching. Am I missing something?

I'm on OpenPLI if that helps.

You do need to configure your tuner to use VM as the provider. You can then use LraiZers Autobouquets for Cable to sort the channels.

I have tried using AutoBouquets C2, but it's giving me errors. I can take a picture of them and upload it if you'd like.

I have gone to all channels and tried BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV and Channel 4. All of them are showing 39.5-41dB, but I get a "Service not found!" error on all of them. I have changed the tuner configuration and the provider to scan is set to Virgin Media. Does the Network ID matter? Mine is set to 4101.

Are you using the correct area for auto bouquets, I had a smiler problem and was using the wrong local area, try another one as once I put the right one in got all the channels. How many channels are you getting upon completion of a scan?
