DM800 DM800 no FTA

Hi, I need help just to confirm. I managed to flash my DM800C via web browser with no issue. I also FTP the magic file to the box.
But still not able to view any channels including FTA channel. I can confirmed that my cable is fine as I had 2 sets of boxes. I switched the 2 boxes location, but still this particular box not able to view any channel.
Is it the tuner fail? If fail, can anyone advice me how to fix this issue?

If you can't get bbc1 it sounds like a faulty tuner, can you swap tuner into another box?
