no fx on dm500c

help. flashed my box with the latest image, i have nearly every channel, but missing a few. fx is missing, and my lil girl is distraught, coz she watches family guy, etc, can anyone tell me how to fix this.......when i go to fx......it just says............service could not be found. but im getting epg for the channel. any help would be really apreciated. personally, im ok with what iv got, it just for my wee girl........help

is your cable on a splitter

if so put it to the direct feed then do a scan to pickup missing channels then replace the splitter

if not the case try a tv booster

or try both

You could also try and manual add FX channel to your box?
