BLOCKY CHANNELS....HELP PLEASE!!

Recently some of my channels have started to get really blocky, this has only started happening in the last couple of months, it started with Sky Movies Screen 1 and Screen 2, but now I have the new ESPN Channels they are so blocky they arent watchable.

Can someone help me fix this please?? or is it my Dreamboxes way of telling me its dying?? all the other channels are working fine apart from these 4 channels , but really want ESPN for the football this season

Rescan the frequency of the dodgy channels as they might have drifted off frequency. Find the frequencies then highlight them in "USER scan" then save. Also if you havn't got ESPN HD yet just do a USER scan with all the frequencies ticked off and you'll have any new channels at the end of your main channel list. You won't lose the other channels or your favs.
